We were from out of state and referred by another realtor in the Lincoln Ne area to use Jessica. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. We were not able to come down and look at properties due to the weather. Jessica not only viewed our property of choice for us just after a storm with questionable roads and access, but she met the utility guy to get the water turned on before we arrived. All of this was just after she had a baby. She was calm, well thought, and professional even when I wasn't after having several fall outs during the deal. She always responded quickly and made time for us. Even though she has several other clients, deals, family, kids, and a newborn baby, it felt like we were her only clients. She is honest with tact and always seem to have a handle on things. I couldn't have asked for a better fit! I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me and my family. Jessica will always have a place in our hearts for going above and beyond.

Jessica started helping me last yr when I contacted her about starting the buy process and had questions on how to do so. This yr when I decided to start looking out of the few realtors I contacted I stuck with Jessica because how helpful she was with my ? Before even starting the buying process last yr. Through my whole experience in buying a home she has went above and beyond to help me with my ? No matter what time of day or night it was. When I had troubles with a few of the phone apps she spent a few hrs trying to figure out how to get it to work. She offered help and to sit at the property for hrs to wait on installation of a service I needed for my kids, and she didn't have to but the offer spoke words. She was amazing through everything and I truly believe if I had anyone else I would have thrown in the towel in the middle of this process like I almost did but she was right there to talk me through and was nothing but supportive!! She will be the only realtor I will use in the future and the only one I'll recommend to everyone!!!
